All of our Key West hotel rates include our full island breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, sausages, Canadian bacon, bagels, croissants, specialty breads, yogurt, cereal, granola, juices, coffee and tea.
Our Key West guest room rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Higher rates apply during special events and holidays. Minimum stays apply to holidays and weekends. Room rates at our Key West hotel accommodations are subject to sales tax of 12.5%. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellation and shortened stays require at least 30 days notice (60 days for Fantasy Fest and Christmas/New Year’s) and a $35 processing fee will apply if a reservation is cancelled. Reservations at our Key West hotel that are cancelled inside of 30 days prior to the arrival date (60 days for special events) will be forfeit.
As a pet-friendly Key West, Florida Bed and Breakfast, we charge a pet fee of $35 per pet, per stay. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
